Good health and vitality is NOT A LUXURY… It is not something that should be taken for granted as too many of us do when we are ‘healthy’. Every single person on the planet deserves to be healthy.
My own life (and my family's) has been plagued with health issue after health issue. Believe me, the importance of health really hits close to home when you have been chronically ill, had two children experience life-threatening health issues, and a sister that has gone through a cancer battle for many years.
Working in the wellness space started as a passion but I recognized that sometimes it's life experiences close to home, impacting on the ones we love the most, that provide the motivation to step up and want to learn, do more and do better for ourselves.
I am just like you and I wish that someone had had all this information in one place when I was looking so I didn’t have to waste so much time and money trying to figure it out on my own.
Before I got sick, I wish that I had known that prevention was better than trying to find a cure for something. If I had known to strengthen my immune system, I would of been in a better health position to fight my own illness.

It depends on what formula you are consuming the internal calm and internal cleanse you will feel changes within 24 hours. The Mag up, Liposhepheric C, boitic food and internal boitic is usually a few days to build up in the system. Paracleanse you will feel going through the digestive tract after a few days.
